The Managing Directors of G Fiduciary are Dan Peterson and Tom Peterson, brothers who both received their MBA's from Harvard Business School. Their careers encompass senior management and financial responsibilities in a wide variety of industries, including stock market research, investments, retirement plans, real estate, electronics manufacturing, golf course management, software and IT services, basic industries and many others. They are responsible for G Fiduciary's overall strategic and tactical direction.
The architect of the G Fiduciary plan is Matt Hutcheson, MS, CPC, AIFA®, CRC®. Matt is a published author and internationally recognized authority on retirement plans and their associated fiduciary issues. He is quoted by Bloomberg News, HR Magazine, Investors Business Daily, American Business Journals and CFO Magazine. He has advised major U.S. corporations and not-for-profit pension plan sponsors. For more than ten years, Matt's primary professional focus has been to help pension sponsors fulfill their duties to plan participants.
The innovative approach of G Fiduciary stems from Matt's long experience with retirement income issues arising from defined contribution plans. The G Fiduciary plan incorporates solutions to the most common and significant issues facing plan sponsors and participants alike.
The principals of G Fiduciary and Matt Hutcheson, as the plan architect, each bring unique expertise to the business of serving the retirement income needs of plan participants while streamlining and lowering the risks and costs of employers.

- Steve Leventhal, is a former supervisory attorney with the IRS Employee Plans Division in Washington, DC, and Executive Editor for the legal and tax publishing company, Commerce Clearing House, Inc. Mr. Leventhal maintains a private practice of law in Bend, Oregon, where he specializes in the Retirement Planning Aspects of Estate Planning. He also offers businesses and professionals world-wide a full range of employee benefits consulting services relating to Internal Revenue Service compliance. Department of Labor fiduciary responsibilities, and ERISA litigation. He is a member of the Oregon Bar, Massachusetts Bar, and District of Columbia Bar, and is authorized to practice before the Internal Revenue Service.
- Len Garofolo spent almost 25 years at the U.S. Department of Labor directing a professional staff of auditors, investigators, and attorneys charged with enforcing ERISA and companion provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. For more than 4 years, Mr. Garofolo has provided expert advice and consultation to plan officials and service providers on employee benefit plan compliance issues. He is founder of ERISA Consulting Group.
- Rick Meigs, is founder and president of 401(k) Help Center, an online resource for defined contribution plan sponsors, financial service providers and plan participants. Mr. Meigs has earned a reputation for editorial fairness and professionalism in addressing the vast array of issues surrounding 401(k) plans. He is often quoted in the financial press regarding pension plan matters. He is the co-author of the 401(k) Plan Participants Survival Guide, and has been quoted by the New York Times, The Wall Street journal and San Francisco Chronicle, among others.
- Lee Polk Mr. Polk is a partner in the Chicago office of Barnes & Thornburg LLP. He is co-chair of the Qualified Plans Committee of the ABA Section of Real Property Probate & Trust Law. He is a charter fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Council and a fellow of the American Bar Foundation. He has authored numerous articles for legal and business publications and is the author of a three-volume treatise entitled ERISA Practice & Litigation, published by West Group and updated annually for legal developments. Mr. Polk received his B.A. with honors from Coe College in 1967 and his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1970.
